Gidgie Floats

I picked up my fabulous new float two weeks ago and have been out and about now that I am mobile again! The fabrication, suspension and general workmanship is second to none. Clint has some awesome innovative ideas which we incorporated into the build such as, solar, GPS tracking, beds, cupboards in usually wasted space, safety mechanisms and so much more! Clint custom built me my dream float, I needed an extra tall float, I also wanted a swing down storm door, which he needed to engineer, he went above and beyond to construct a very sturdy and reinforced float..The details and the personal touches he did was fantastic. Clint has been servicing my floats for about five years now and I could not be happier with his work. I bought a used float that needed an upgrade to the brakes and he went well above what I might have expected in terms of customer service to give me a setup that works brilliantly. My first choice was something that looked great on the internet but didn't actually work and Clint tried really hard, without charging me extra, to make the faulty units work and was then firm but tactful that we should find a better solution that was safe for the horse and me. I really appreciate that he thinks of the horse, and its always a pleasure to catch up when I take the float up for a service.

Clint is so very talented at what he creates by hand. He is extremely efficient at responding to any questions you may wish to enquire about. Clint was very happy to take time personally to discuss face to face my ideas in his workplace. He was totally invested in my request which were outside the box and even came up with even more suggestions I had not thought of. He's a great guy who is completely invested in his creations. He makes custom made gloats to your specifications. I'm having mine made and I could not be happier!! Thanks Clint see you soon.

Clint has been so lovely, helpful and knowledgeable from the first time I rang him for a horse float chat. He encouraged me to come and have a look at his work and have a chat. I headed up on a long weekend and Clint made the time talk me through his work process and he showed me what he was presently working on. I was impressed with his skill, attention to detail and innovative ideas. I took my brother up for a look the next weekend and he was equally as impressed with Clint's work and the prices he charges for his amazing floats. I am eagerly waiting for my float to be completed and will continue to visit Gidgie Floats and check out the fabrication process and chat to Clint about any little ideas that may come to mind. I love that I can get a completely Australian made float from top to bottom at an amazing price.
